Early to bed early to rise.
I am going to go to bed now, and get up early to run. I usually hate running since it flares up the knee problems, I’m more of a pick up game of basketball girl, kickball in the park, a dodgeball game, or picnic volleyball. Eh, you do what you can.
I hope all of you are having wonderful days, or nights and most of all that you are happy, healthy, and well loved.
