Shortbread Cookies

Recipe:

1 cup Butter (in my case Soybean Margarine)
2/3 cup of Granulated Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Cups All Purpose Flour 

Cream butter and sugar in blender. Beat in extract, then gradually blend in flour. 

Bake @ 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
