How do you beat the blues? What do you tell yourself when you've spent more than four years working towards something to have it all slip through your hands? Have you ever had to deal with something of that nature? What did you do?

Honestly, sometimes you have to play Adele’s Someone Like You, and weep on your floor. Catharsis is great, but after that time, you have to dust yourself off and keep moving. One foot in front of the other, and new goals. Everyone has failures, or things that stop working. Now, you have to look at your next step. Good luck.
