Do you ever worry about finding a pretty awesome dude on the internet (via tumblr or whatever else) but then not being able to further your relationship with him/he doesn't turn out how you thought he'd be/you never reached out to him but he was willing... I feel like you must "get" a lot of guys over the internet...but what do you do with them?

I make them complete an obstacle course from their destination to mine, then take them for a spin and send them on their way. Like a car.

In all honesty, until a man can spend time with me inperson, and truly really like me, I don’t really think much of my internet interactions.

I met someone 2 years ago via tumblr and he and I dated for quite some time, and honestly the “vacation” romance that is forced to happen because of distance was unappealing and fed into an idealized relationship. I am all about the real. Day to day life is what makes a relationship, not romantic trips that define the romance.

If a man is interested, the first and foremost thing that should happen is friendship. Then, schedule a day to meet. So that it’s not all just flowery words over the internet.

I am no longer looking for somone to keep me occupied, I want love.
