Haystack Mountain School of Crafts on Deer Isle, Maine.

Designed in 1960 by Edward Larrabee Barnes, the modernist campus is a network of decks and stairways nestled in cliff-top pines overlooking the Merchant Row islands of Penobscot Bay.
